Enrolled Learner
Protection
From 20th January 2016 Enrolled Learner Protection is obligatory for all visa requiring students.
This service is only available to reputable schools who have successfully passed a rigorous application process.
We are proud to be one of the selected schools to offer this protection.
How does Enrolled Learner Protection work?
Enrolled Learner Protection works through the certification of schools who wish to provide our product to students. This involves schools providing relevant financial information to our Educational Team in order that a detailed review of the financial status of the organisation be carried out. Only schools who reach a high standard are approved to become certified providers of Enrolled Learner Protection to their Students.
‘Leaner Protection’ is a term that is used to refer to the processes that are put in place in case a school, college or training facility is unable to complete a training course or programme of education.
This can be due to a variety of reasons such as loss of accreditation or insolvency. The normal process is that the student is at a loss. In some cases schools may be members of organisations and networks who operate a placement program but these are very much ‘grace and favour’ and schools, while agreeing in principle to offer abandoned students class places, will be offered on availability and are rarely based the students’ academic requirements.
